How to add secret key ?
- Open your authenticator app.
- Add a new account. Choose Enter setup key or Manual entry.
- Paste the secret key provided. Ensure it is set to Time-based (TOTP).
- Save and enter the generated 6-digit code.
Verify Code
Enter the 6-digit code from your app
Your app shows a 6-digit number for Escalon Platform. Type it exactly as it appears.
Verify your identity
Enter the 6-digit code to complete your login
Where do I get this code?
Open your authenticator app you used to set up MFA on your mobile device (such as Google Authenticator or any compatible app), and enter the 6-digit code shown for Escalon Platform.
Skip MFA on this device for 30 days. You’ll be asked again after expiry or if you sign in from a new device.
